What Can Buyer's Expect With The Upcoming Real Estate Changes

BUYERS – Here’s what you need to know ↓

Starting August 17, 2024, Realtors will be REQUIRED to have a signed buyer’s representation agreement before showing you any home.

This agreement can be:
01 – For a single property (ideal for the first meeting) or
02 – For multiple properties over a specified period (if you decide to hire an agent to assist you throughout the home-buying process)
In the past, we could easily show you homes without this formality but…
due to the NAR settlement, it’s now mandatory for all Realtors.

This change is to ensure compliance and protect our licenses.
Choosing an agent to help you buy a home is such an important decision. The agent you choose to represent you has always been important, but now more than ever.
If you’re considering buying a home and need more clarification on any these
changes, please feel free to reach out with any questions!
