You may have heard of, or even been to a summer concert at Ironstone Vineyards, where the world's largest crystalline gold leaf is displayed just south of town! They have an amazing outdoor amphitheater that hosts pretty big names all summer long!
The town also hosts an annual Irish Days parade and street fair every March on Main Street, with some years seeing over 35,000 people in attendance. There is the annual Grape Stomp, Murphy's Day of the Dead festival, and the annual holiday Open House for the community to celebrate together.
If you are looking for a good hike, or a walk through the forest, you MUST visit Big Trees State Park, just up the hill past Arnold, it is worth the visit to see the Giant Sequoia.
